You may have noticed that a lot of the languages don't have any examples. I'll gradually start uploading some as I get more that I think will be useful for others - a lot of my PERL, Awk and BASH scripts are written just to automate stuff that I do all the time on the computer.
Operating Systems
I've used various distributions of linux as my default operating system since 2004 and have been using it on and off since 2001, starting on Mandrake 8.0.
For about three years my default distribution was Ubuntu Linux (Kubuntu if you want to get technical), but currently my default distro is Gentoo linux.
I've been using Gentoo Linux since the beginning of the summer (2007). My main reason for switching isn't because I didn't get on with Ubuntu, I just wanted to get a bit deeper into linux admin.
Musical
I play a few musical instruments (Clarinet, Sax, Bass and Guitar). On clarinet I've achieved a Grade 5 certificate.
I also enjoy composing music on the computer, and acheived an A* Music GCSE.
Other
I'm good at maths and problem solving. I wont stop a project until I'm happy I've done it to the best of my ability.
